Jessie Golden is currently a Junior Libero and Captain on Brown University’s Division I Volleyball team. From Tampa, Florida, Jessie played for the Orlando Tampa Volleyball Academy (OTVA) for 9 years. She attended Carrollwood Day School, where she won states on the Varsity team in eighth grade, and continued playing for the team throughout all four years of high school. She captained her junior and senior years in both indoor and beach volleyball, and was a setter, outside, and libero in her senior season. Jessie holds Carrollwood Day School’s records in digs, aces, service points, and service receptions. During her time at Brown, she earned the libero jersey her freshman year. In her sophomore year, she was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Ivy. She led the Ivy League and was fourth in the NCAA in digs per set (5.65) by 1.31 digs per set.
