Miles Newsome is currently a sophomore infielder on Brown University’s Division 1 Baseball team. From Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Miles played his high school summers with Texas Twelve and the Dirtbags. He attended C.E. Jordan High School, where he was a captain in his Junior and Senior seasons, won male scholar-athlete his senior year, as well as all-conference honors, and an invite to the Body Armor State Games. He also participated in MLB’s Breakthrough Series, Hank Aaron Invitational, and Dream Series. While at Brown, Miles played in 20 games his freshman year, starting 10 of them, earning Freshman of the Week honors on opening weekend
